Using Cremind

Chat channels

Reach your Cremind agent from an external messaging platform such as Telegram.

Channels let people on an external messaging platform talk to your Cremind agent. Telegram is the channel that ships ready to use today — Cremind includes both a Telegram bot adapter and a Telegram userbot adapter — and there is a channel API for adding more. Inbound messages create conversations that are linked back to the channel, so they appear in the web UI's sidebar alongside your other conversations. You manage channels from the web UI's Channels page or with the cremind channels command.

This page is being written. Telegram bot and userbot adapters are included with Cremind; adapter source for other platforms exists in the repository but is not yet documented as supported here — check the cremind repository for current status before relying on it.
